The Whore's Bath is the closing event of the San Francisco Bay Area Sex Worker Film and Art Festival, which happens biannually. The next one will be held in May 2025. In the off years, we'll be hosting the Whore's Delight, A Sex Worker Social.

The Whore's Bath is the dream child of Erica Elena Berman who worked closely with Carol Leigh to bring it to life. Erica organized this powerful, healing event for over a decade. The Whore's Bath has always been a place to gather, heal, find and strengthen community, and for sex workers to give and receive care to and from each other. This creation of Erica's has also been replicated internationally. After transitioning into working as a full-time therapist, Erica handed the organization over to the current organizers.

The Whore’s Bath is a sex worker only spa day for current and former sex workers of all kinds. Please respect the space by keeping this in mind when inviting people.

Services are provided by current and former sex workers at no cost. You can find a list of commonly offered services here.

All practitioners and participants are current and former sex workers only. All genders are welcome. We welcome all sex workers: street-based, indoor, outdoor, doms, strippers, car-dates, etc.

It is our commitment that this space be free of racism, classism, transphobia, ableism, fatphobia, full-service-phobia, etc.
